Got to love peoples’ honesty.

Apparently, the folks at DVD.com wanted to be reassured that their customers really, truly love them, so they asked them towrite their reasons for loving themon the return envelope. The majority of the responses were pretty routine and predictable — “no late fees,” “great selection,” “no driving out in a blizzard to return a movie,” and so on — but then there was this one, which I’m sure you’ll agree hits the nail squarely on the head:
